WTF is TabRen ?

TabRen renders text tabs to spaces.

Usage:-

TabRen <in_file> <out_file> [space#]


The default [space#] is 3.


TabRen was inspired by the fact that I was not able to work out how to set
the tab size in my favourite directory utilities text reader.
ie. DiskMaster 2.5.30a


I have the following lines in my DiskMaster configuration:-

AddAutoCmd TEXT,extern c:TabRen %s t:temp.txt;Read t:temp.txt;Delete t:temp.txt
AddMenu TEXT, TabRead, extern set tab `c:requeststring " Tab Read" "Enter the tab size value you want." string 3` c:TabRen %s t:temp.txt $tab;Read t:temp.txt;Delete t:temp.txt
AddMenu TEXT, TabRen, extern cc:TabRen %s %d%n
