 Newest release of the Cia protracker library, dated 14/11/1995. Now
includes a test program, and a compiled WB player/interface to show the
possibilities with this library.

 Bugs squished in this version:

 -Should now work on 100% of the current Amiga models
 -Improved (slightly) playroutine.
