Was ist es?
Photogenics 2 von Almathera benötigt trotz Grafikkarte einiges an Chipmem.
Dieser Patch Reduziert den Verbrauch auf die Hälfte pro Bild.
Etwas schneller wird PG2 dadurch auch.
Es handelt sich um einen Inoffiziellen Patch, er kommt NICHT von Almathera. 
Bitte nur mit einen Grafikkartensystem anwenden. Der kurztest unter AGA
zeigte zwar keine Probleme normalerweise führen einige der graphics.library
funktionen jedoch zum absturz/fehlern wenn man einen Fastram bereich angibt.

Benutzung:
Backup der Photogenics2 exe machen!
PatchPhotogenics patch  im CLI aufrufen
Position der exe mittels requester angeben

Zum entfehrnen des patches:
PatchPhotogenics remove  im CLI aufrufen
Position der exe mittels requester angeben

Meldungen sind nur in English werden für einen normalen Vorgang aber
nicht benötigt.


[Technisch]
Es kommen 2 größere Chipmem Allocationen vom Task, jeweils etwa die größe eines
Planes des geöffneten Bildes:
1600x1200 ca. 240000 kb x 2 = 480000 kb
Bei einem Amiga mit 1 MB Chipmem funktioniert das noch.
Arbeitet man mit aktuellen Fotos z.B. 8 MegaPixel sind das
3264x2448 ca. 998784 kb x 2 = 1997568 kb
Selbst auf einem Amiga mit 2 MB bekommt man nun eine Fehlermeldung
Nach langer Zeit konnte eine Allocation in der exe finden, die 2. leider
nicht.

What is it?
Photogrnics 2 from Almathera needs Chipmem, too if it run on a Graphicboard.
This patch reduce the needed Chipmem to the halft/Picture.
Too PG2 becomes a bit faster.
It is an inofficial patch and NOT from Almathera.
Please use it only with a Graphicboardsystem. A short AGA test shows no errors
but usualy graphics.library crash or make error if you give it a fastmem area.


Using:

Make a Backup of the Photogenics2 exe!
PatchPhotogenics patch  into the CLI
Locate the exe with the Filerequester.

To remove the patch:
PatchPhotogenics remove  into the CLI
Locate the exe with the Filerequester.


[Technical]
There are 2 bigger Chipmem Allocations from the Task, each about of one
Plane size of the picture:
1600x1200 about 240000 kb x 2 = 480000kb
At a Amiga with 1 MB Chip this still works.
But if you work with today Photos, for example 8 Megapixel this are:
3264x2448 about 998784 kb x 2 =1997568 kb
At a Amiga with 2 MB Chip you get now a error message.
After a long time i can find one of the Allocs, the second not.
